Prior to purchasing Bullseye Media, Ernie has worked on executive leadership across a breadth of companies, served on numerous boards, and is frequently consulted by companies striving to strategically expand revenue.
Ernie graduated from Baylor University in 2011, returning to school to get his MBA while raising two kiddos. Having excelled within his classes, Ernie was invited to return to Baylor and speak at lectures and events numerous times, inciting his love and passion for public speaking.
Specializing in operations leadership and customer retention, Ernie is a devoted and passionate leader who consistently maximizes shareholder value while also maintaining a happy and healthy office culture.
Ernie regularly volunteers for CASA Dallas and simultaneously leads Cyara Consulting’s sales team while managing Bullseye. In his free time, Ernie slams homers on his Varsity Gay Kickball League team, instructs advanced yoga classes, enjoys traveling far and wide, and spends time with his daughters.
